am  really NOT getting th point Crystal clear over here.. Microsoft on one hand is getting sued tat its products are NOT tat friendly for 3rd parties to develop application n make money, its even sued tat its FORCING users to use MSFT products which come installed with its OS! wat a fucking bullshit its.. am really geting pizzed on this argument tat MSFT is forcing ppl to use their software.. if u dont want, then bloody uninstall them! n if the User doesnt buy a 3rd party software for the fact he is happy with the default software that has come with the hefty purchase of OS, y bother!!!!

okay lets focus on Apple now..

With all the above said, apple goes on suing folks who attempt to create SDKs n application that will allow us to work wit ipod in a better way or work wit out  itunes..

i jus came across a "Top 40 singles UK 2009 jan collection" now i can download the songs and cache locally and play em from the folder..
Now there already exists a "Top 40 singles US 2009 Jan collection". Not just tat every month this collection is gona come..
It really doesnt make any sense to download the entire collection time n again, or buy the collection! (read wat so ever feels comfrtable to u, or i giv a chance to ma attorney to read as it compells :P )
Extra effort needed to sort them into playlists based on rating and extra effort required to keep track of each songs current rating, and extra effort to find the new comer song which has bagged a rating under our Top 40 purview and the Extra EFFORT in jus thinking about all of the above all can be perfectly AVOIDED ;)

how?! give some task to the bloody media players we use.. be it itunes or the Windows media player or wat so ever!.. we can have a service calls exposing the rating for songs. the sites which give ratings can do it, or we can have our site which will collect ratings from others and expose RSS feeds on the same ;)  the media players can collect this rating and create playlists for the ratings for the songs in your BOX. It can perfectly mark the songs that you dont have and there in the TOP N list!

Not to mention you can have multiple playlists corresponding to each Top N, of each XYZ's rating..
You have the liberty to delete a playlist which you feel is no longer relevant.. i can still blow up the idea of each exposing their favs playlist, which i think already exists! bt then our media player collecting that and working for us is abscent to ma knowledge! ;)

Its reallly not tat difficicult to go for this.. itunes or wm player go ahead and implement it! n ofcourse giv credits :D else there can be a really wild chance where infact i get some time to implement the same n get fame :P ;)

When i heard tat SATYAM is crashing badly! n today its share reached a hell low value of 65! from 180 rupees.. i jus thought i got 2 blog ma prediction that Reliance has the highest probability of buying it.. Existing Indian IT majors are least interested in acquiring SATYAM, coz they dont wana tak a EXTRA burden of geting a company whose name has already been damaged like hell.. It can be even a threat to the acquiring companys reputation..
bt Reliance if it acquires, can compete wit INFY, TCS, WIPRO n all IT majors in a day nyt! ;)
i wish reliance brothers get ma prediction come true :D ;) n save the jobs of other SATYAM employees too :P ;)
